Some practical information to better guide you: After having clicked on "reservation", please fill out the information sheet along with your application form for your stay and then send it to us.
Your request will be processed quickly. Depending on our availability an e-mail reply will be sent immediately to confirm your option, together with a secured payment link to complete your payment. Once your payment is completed we will send you a confirmation email followed by a confirmation letter certifying your dates of stay and the receipt of your deposit payment together with your credit card receipt.
And presto! Your vacation in Rioclar has already started!

Deposit payment
You’ll find in our confirmation e-mail the different means of payment at your disposal for your deposit: CC, Cheque or transfer.
Confirmation of reservation
Upon receipt of your payment your reservation is confirmed.
Caution: Your chosen accommodation and the dates of your stay will be blocked as soon as we receive your down payment. It is possible that some other guests will pay their deposit before we get yours. In any case, we will inform you as soon as possible.
